A dynamic and results-driven Business Sales Supervisor who has a proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in selling financial products or services, will be responsible for driving the growth of our client base and generating revenue by identifying and pursuing business opportunities within the financial sector managing a team of sales specialists.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
- Identify and target potential B2B clients who require financial products or services.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Proactively prospect new clients through various channels.
- Tailor solutions to meet client’s financial needs and communicate our value proposition effectively.

- Stay updated with industry regulations and advancements in financial products.
- Track sales activities and provide regular reports on performance.
Qualifications
- 7 – 10 years of B2B Sales management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales in the financial sector is a privilege.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
