About us

GEOGRAPHICAL PRESENCE

SMART Digital Services headquarters is located in Cairo’s Smart Village, right at the 28.8 KM mark beside the Cairo-Alexandria desert road. It’s also spread across most of the governorates in Egypt covering 28 different locations. Each of those locations act as an on-the-ground operations service center to facilitate the reach to all the citizens of Egypt, specifically to those who are members of the food subsidies and bread programs.

OUR CLIENTS

Smart Digital Services’ ever-growing roster of clients include a lot of government, telecommunications, and corporate entities. We partner with our clients to provide innovative solutions using the latest technological trends. The following is a non-exhaustive list for some of our clients.

Our Mission

To become the prime choice for e-government and fintech solutions, and the go-to digital partner in the middle east.

Our Vision

Providing state-of-the-art digital solutions to all business sectors in the region while focusing primarily on governmental and financial sectors through innovative ideas, skilled personnel, and qualified partners and suppliers. Additionally, we aim to continue the transformation of the current 18.5 million government benefits cards into a full payment card and provide financial inclusion to Egypt’s unbanked customers while extending the reach of provided services to all families in Egypt.

Our Values

Our Values constitute our identity. We are proud of who we are today and we believe that our values are SMART’s main foundation pillars:

We believe in our mission

Our target has always been set before our eyes: Become number one in what we do, and not just for Egypt. We are always looking and preparing to compete on the regional and global levels in our future plans.

A happy client says it all

Client satisfaction is -hands down- our primary objective. No efforts and resources will be spared to achieve it.

Our people take precedence

There’s a saying that the client comes first, and we add: but so does our people. We are where we are because of our employees. They helped build SMART’s reputation and are continuing to achieve successes on all fronts. They are the company’s soul and our competitive advantage will always be because of them.

Quantity is good but quality is better

We will always look to work with new clients, and on the other front grow our family by hiring more people. Having that said, we’d rather focus on ensuring that our quality of service doesn’t get affected before we make any move. Meaning that we won’t expand or move on to grow before we are absolutely sure that we can provide that same level of quality service to our new clients, or that we are properly developing our current employees’ skills and capabilities before we look for new blood.

Be mindful of the social impact of your work

A service company should never take the value it provides to its clients for granted. Our work on the subsidies and bread programs with the government of Egypt helped solidify that belief. It should continue to develop, innovate, and propose enhancements where needed and continuously prepare for the future. SMART has been doing this for almost 2 decades now!

We see the value we bring with our work to the citizens of Egypt and we will always be thankful for it.
